Training Programs from Grindwell Norton
:
The
last few years have seen quantum change in the Indian industrial
scenario with productivity of both -equipment and people -
assuming prime importance and high priority. Grindwell Norton
has therefore specially designed Training Programs in Grinding
Technology.
These programs are designed to refresh knowledge of grinding
and take you through as a self-sufficient engineer. There
are program modules to suit those engineers who are starting
their career in the field of grinding as well as for those
who have spent years in the field of grinding and would like
to update their knowledge. These training programs will prove

Program Venue and Timings :
Programs will be conducted at the Training Centre of our Bonded
Abrasives Plant campus at Mora, Uran (near Mumbai). The timings
of the program will be from 09.00 am to 04.30 pm everyday. |

How to reach Program Venue ?
Mora is a small picturesque fishing village situated across
Mumbai harbour and is 4 kms from Uran. Participants can reach
Mora.
By sea :Ferries are available from Ferry Wharf in Mumbai
(known as Bhaucha Dhakka)
from 06.30 am till 08.00 pm with a frequency of half an hour.
The journey
from Ferry Wharf to Mora takes about 55 minutes and is enjoyable.
By Road :Alternatively you can reach Mora by road via
Panvel is
(on
Mumbai-Pune highway) and Uran. The distance between Panvel and
Uran is
28 kms and State Transport buses ply every half an hour
from Panvel to Uran.
Buses to Uran are also available from Dadar. From Uran bus stand,
one can
reach Grindwell Norton plant by State Transport bus or by an auto-rickshaw.

Completed registration details in the enclosed format with
the program fee must reach us before the due date.

Program Fee :
The program fee covers program material, lunch/dinner/tea/coffee/snacks
during the entire period of the program and accommodation
on twin sharing basis in Grindwell Norton's guest house (Non-AC
rooms) in its campus. The participants are required to make
their own travel arrangements to reach Mumbai and local conveyance
arrangements to reach Mora.
The program fee is required
to be sent with the completed Registration Form by way of
a D/D drawn in favor of 'Grindwell Norton Ltd.' payable at
Mumbai.

Batch Size :
For effective interaction and to give attention to each individual
participant, the maximum number of participants per program
is restricted to 12 per program. |

Program Options Available :
Depending upon the application needs relevant to your functional
interest, two different program modules are offered. Please
go through the scope of each program and select the module most
suitable to your function and needs. |

Certificate :
At the end of the program, a certificate of participation will
be issued to every participant. |

The agenda for the open programs mentioned in this brochure
are prepared keeping in mind the general requirements and
topics of common interest. Should you require an in-house
program designed to suit your specific application needs and
to cover a large number of participants, we offer one day/two
day program which can be conducted at customer's premises
by our faculty.
