wheels are available in both, the more popular rubber
bonded variety as well as in resinoid bond.

Always
ensure alignment of both wheels to achieve
optimum geometrical tolerances. Ensure
coolant pH does not exceed 9.0 when
using resin bonded wheels. Maintain
coolant bulk temperature between 20-25º
to achieve best results. Sintered
and powder metal components - use combination
abrasive of Aluminium Oxide
and Silicon Carbide. Ensure
thread engagement does not exceed 10mm
to avoid nut pull out.
